Weekly Update 3-31-17

True Parents’ Day

Unificationists around the country and the world celebrated the 58th True Parents’ Day on March 28, 2017 (3.1 H.C.). Watch True Mother’s remarks on the occasion of the 55th True Parents’ Day in 2014.

Hyo Jeong East Garden Museum

The FFWPU USA media team traveled to Irvington, NY to meet with Mike McDevitt and get another sneak peak of the Hyo Jeong East Garden Museum preparations.

1975 Missionaries Reunion

This Memorial Day Weekend, UTS and FFWPU are hosting an inspiring Awards Ceremony and Reunion for all 1975 missionaries and their families on Saturday, May 27. We would like to invite you to join this special gathering, which will be held in Barrytown, NY in conjunction with this year’s UTS commencement ceremony.

GPA Cheon Il Guk Missionary Trainees

During the fourth week of their mission work in Costa Rica, the Generation Peace Academy Cheon Il Guk (CIG) Missionary Trainees celebrated Costa Rican culture with local Unificationists and held a second ohana workshop, where they invited attendees to understand their value and identity as the children of God’s family more deeply.

American Leadership Conference

The second pilot session of the American Leadership Conference took place at the Clifton Family Church of New Jersey on Saturday, March 25, 2017.

East Coast Can Do It

Running from March 25-28, the East Coast Can Do It workshop was the 11th in the We Can Do It Tribal Messiahship workshop series and the first regional version to be held in North America.

CARP International Exchange Trip

Inherit the heart, spirit, and love of the Collegiate Association for the Research of Principles (CARP) by going to the places where CARP started over 50 years ago in Japan and Korea from June 19 to July 4. Connect with students on a global level by working together toward Vision 2020.
